The Largest PNBP Contributor in Oil and Gas Company 

Jakarta, October 1st 2019 - PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) won The Subroto Award in the field of contributors to oil and gas (oil and gas) Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP). In the award ceremony held on Friday (9/27) at Djakarta Theater, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ignasius Jonan, gave the award to PT CPI President Director, Albert Simanjuntak.

The Subroto Award is the highest award given by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) to commemorate the 74th Anniversary of Mining and Energy, which was celebrated on September 28, 2019. This year, the award was given to 62 recipients for 10 categories. The name "Subroto" was taken from the name of the Minister of Mines and Energy 1978 - 1988, Prof. Subroto.

As one of the largest oil and gas producers in Indonesia over the past few decades, PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia is listed as the company that provides the largest revenue and contribution for Indonesia in the oil and gas sector, including in the category of Non-Tax Revenues (PNBP).

Accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arcandra Tahar, Jonan conveyed the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources's appreciation for the good performance shown by the 62 recipients of the Subroto Award. His message was that this award could serve as a reflection to continue to adjust work spirit more quickly in understanding the world changing.
