CHERISH program generates great harvest
The food security aid program initiated by PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) which is part of the Chevron’s Program for a Healthy and Prosperous Riau or known as CHERISH (Chevron untuk Riau Sehat dan Sejahtera) starts to reap the benefits. Around 50 hectares of rice fields in Petapahan Village, Tapung, Kampar entered the harvest season.

Kampung Patin village wins national award for best tourist village
Kampung Patin tourism village, managed by SKK Migas – PT CPI, was named the best tourist village nationally. The village, located in Koto Mesjid, Kampar, benefits from Chevron Pacific Indonesia's training and assistance program. This program scored highest in the Best College/University in Tourist Village Assistance 2020 appreciation event, held by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in Jakarta on Wednesday, December 2.

PT. CPI receives SKK Migas award 2020
PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia received one of the awards at the International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas 2020. PT CPI was awarded as The Best Finance and Monetization category; this award is the highest recognition from SKK Migas to Contractor of Production Sharing Contact (PSC) for the discipline in achieving oil lifting target and managing costs efficiently.

The development program in Kampung Patin tourism village has shown its result. The local community of Koto Mesjid Village, Kampar Regency discovered new ways to attract tourists with a variety of local delicacies made as processed food and the development of homestay businesses.
