PT CPI Empowers Waste Bank Groups
Pekanbaru, May 11, 2020 — To promote a cleaner environment and provide economic benefits for local communities, PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) introduced its waste bank management program to four waste bank groups from four subdistricts in Pekanbaru, Siak and Bengkalis. Working with LPPM Universitas Lancang Kuning (Unilak) to implement the program, PT CPI provided technical training, equipment, assistance, monitoring and evaluation.

Monitor the herd of Sumatran elephants via GPS
A model of multistakeholder cooperation in saving the Sumatran Elephant (Elephas maximus Sumatranus) will be carried out in Riau Province. This collaboration is designed to reduce the vulnerability of Sumatran elephants due to conflict and poaching. Conservation efforts are carried out in an integrated manner from saving the population, to what is often forgotten, habitat development.

SKK Migas - PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) inaugurated four bridge units located in Rantau Kopar Sub-district on October 23rd, 2019. Two of these bridges were the result of new construction, while the other 2 units were PT CPI's assistance bridges that were previously reconditioned so that the public could be utilized properly.

The Largest PNBP Contributor in Oil and Gas Company PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (PT CPI) won The Subroto Award in the field of contributors to oil and gas (oil and gas) Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP). In the award ceremony held on Friday (9/27) at Djakarta Theater, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ignasius Jonan, gave the award to PT CPI President Director, Albert Simanjuntak.

Saving Mangrove Ecosystem, Chevron Supports YKAN’s Conservation Program
